IHOA CHEMICAL directly operates foam-to-fabric bonding and foam-to-foam bonding as core processes within our production system. Due to the nature of these processes, static electricity can be generated in significant amounts depending on working conditions and the production environment.

It is generally recognized that when static electricity levels rise to several kilovolts (kV) or higher, the risk of fire in foam materials may increase. Based on our internal measurements, static electricity levels exceeding 10 kV have been observed during bonding operations.

The newly installed anti-static machine effectively suppresses the accumulation of static electricity by evenly distributing positive and negative ions across the surfaces of foam and fabric during the bonding process.

This not only helps reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge and fire, but also minimizes bonding defects and further enhances the stability and consistency of bonding quality.
