To maximize customer satisfaction and enhance quality competitiveness, IHOA has introduced a new high-precision 3D scanning system. This enables highly accurate analysis of product angles, curvature, surface profiles, and fine dimensions, allowing us to achieve greater consistency with customer samples.
With a precision level of up to ±0.02 mm, the system overcomes the limitations of conventional measurement methods and captures complex geometries with greater accuracy. In addition, all scanning and data analysis are performed 100% in-house, ensuring stronger protection of customers’ design assets and proprietary technologies.
Furthermore, we have established a digital manufacturing process that seamlessly integrates 3D scan data with CNC machining systems through file conversion and processing. This improves mold accuracy, reduces modification cycles, shortens lead times, and enables faster and more precise responses to customer requirements.
